About
Wellness, by design
Wellness by Design exists to make healthier living feel doable. Not a total life overhaul, but a series of small, deliberate choices — how you sleep, how you move, what your home is like to live in, what you eat and the everyday comforts that make a day feel better.
It is written for anyone who wants to feel strong, rested and comfortable in their own life, and who would rather have clear, honest guidance than another set of rules.

Who this is for
Busy, practical people
Anyone who wants better sleep, more strength and a calmer home without rearranging their whole week.
Anyone in a new stage
Bodies, homes and routines change. This is guidance that changes with them, at any age.
People who like a plan
Clear steps, honest recommendations and a reason behind every suggestion.
The approach
Practical and realistic, always. Every article starts with real life: limited time, a normal budget and a home that already has things in it. Suggestions are things you can try this week, and when a product is recommended it is because it earns its place — with affiliate links clearly disclosed.

The author
Hello, I’m Simone
I write everything here. Wellness by Design started with my own questions: how to sleep properly again, how to keep getting stronger, and how to make a home feel calm rather than another thing to manage.
I test the routines and the products I write about, share what worked and say plainly when something did not. I am not a doctor, and nothing here replaces personalised medical advice — it is the practical, honest guidance I would give a friend.
